I would highly recommend CKO - Chuck and Zeke were very professional and informative during the installation of our new hot water tank. This is the third time we had work done here at our house. We will use CKO every time we need plumbing services.

I had a very positive experience with CKO Plumbing. I called CKO at 10 am on a Monday morning after the kitchen faucet broke, resulting in a steady stream of water into the sink and a leak along the faucet. They had me text a picture of the faucet and then had a crew at the house and working on it about an hour after I called. The crew was efficient, got everything fixed in short order, and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.

My family has worked with CKO for a number of years now, ever since they were recommended to us by my cousin, who always seems to come up with great recommendations, and CKO was no exception! For about a year, my wife and I found ourselves in possession of two homes. During that time, Ron Wall and his crew handled all of our plumbing needs to our complete satisfaction, in a very timely fashion, at a good price, with total professionalism, a firm grasp of all things plumbing, and always took the time to explain what they were doing so that even a non-plumber, like myself, could understand what I was being told. Every crew Ron sent out to us conducted themselves in the same way, cleaned up after themselves, and assured us that, if after seeing how their work managed to correct our problems, if we were not entirely pleased, to give them a call and they would make everything right. While we never required anything more involved than a minor adjustment, or two, CKO was true to their word. As soon as Ron picks up the phone and you--(probably with some agitation)--lay your problem before him, he will begin the process of calming you down and assuring you that all will be well. We have had a number of CKO employees come to our house, and they are all have carried with them Ron's attitude of calming confidence. That being said, I will tell you that if you CKO the chance to be your plumbing specialists and Ron happens to send his man Chuck to take care of your problem, you will be doubly-blessed, because in addition to all the positive qualities I've listed above that apply to everyone we've ever dealt with at CKO, Chuck, like Ron, is just a great guy to deal with. While none of us looks forward to having either dental, or plumbing work done, dealing with a dentist or a plumber whose positive personality and professional skills are on a level that can make either situation be--almost--fun, is a real plus, and well beyond what we normally expect from either of those folks. It just so happens that I have a dental practice that fits that description for me, and now, with CKO, I have a plumbing service that does so as well. (And, no, I have not been compensated in any way for providing this recommendation--indeed, I contacted Ron on my own initiative to thank him for his most recent service. And, no, I'm not related to Ron, or anyone who works for him). Just my way of saying "Thanks" to Ron Wall and CKO Plumbing.

CKO Plumbing and Ron and Steve, etc. are the best, honest and most reasonably priced Master Plumbers that have done a super job replacing our old bubbler/drainage system recently as well installed a new sewer line 2 years ago! Everyone else tried to get outrageous prices with even less work! Call them, you will not be disappointed...Great employees and they leave a very clean job site!!!

Called this company to clear the main sewer leading to the road. They worked on it, said it would be extra $$ to clear it. After agreeing to pay extra they refused to finish. They said the line could not be cleared and that the entire pipe needed to be replaced. Then they stopped calling us back. A second opinion cleared the pipe within an hour without issue. Do not use this company to service your residential sewer issues.
